These homeowners love their location and neighborhood and have lived in their home for many years. After updating the heart of the home—the kitchen, living, and dining areas—it was time to remodel the bathrooms. The spaces were outdated and no longer functional. The homeowners had a clear vision: increased storage, a single sink, and a full gut renovation. They also wanted more light in the shower with a new glass surround and half wall, along with modern finishes and an updated LED mirror to complete the transformation.

These homeowners have lived in their home for over 30 years and were ready to transform their primary bathroom into a timeless retreat. After updating several other spaces throughout the home, it was time to reimagine this outdated bathroom while preserving its traditional charm. The original layout with double sinks and a makeup area was retained, but the space was fully gutted to remove the low vanity and soffit, creating a more open and elevated feel. The new design features a custom white rift oak vanity, reeded glass built-ins, layered lighting, and a luxurious soaking tub. Finished with a statement shower and carefully selected materials, the result blends classic elegance with modern comfort.

These homeowners recently purchased this home and wanted a full transformation to make it truly feel like their own. Updates included new lighting, an improved layout, furnishings, and cohesive design throughout—hallmarks of our signature Refined Luxe style. The oversized living and great room was reimagined as a dual-purpose space, featuring a custom oversized rug to define both a TV viewing area and a cozy seating zone for entertaining. In the dining room, we created a more intimate and refined atmosphere by adding blinds for a touch of luxury. Layered design details and curated décor brought warmth and life to every space.
